CrossFit warmup.
Then, did yesterday’s CrossFit WOD today:
Afterwards, did a kettlebell interval session which consisted of 35 lb kettlebell swing and tap, around the body uppercut, and figure 8 lunges. Did five rounds of that with about 15 seconds of rest between each set.
Finally, did 100 jump ropes forward then another 100 backward.
Time for some salmon and brussel sprouts!
