C8B300 and Pull-/Push-ups 1/5/09

Today’s workout was the C8B300 – a bit slow at 17:30. Some of this slowness was due to walk time between where I had to do the wall squats and the other exercises. Regardless, not my fastest.

Rested about five minutes.

Then I did 5 sets of 10 pull-ups and 10 push-ups resting one minute between sets.

Hadn’t done pull-ups in awhile and this reminded me in a major way how excellent pull-ups are. At the end, I definitely got that “pump” feeling in my arms and back. Just wish I had a real pull-up bar set-up versus the doorjam variety.

This sub-blog captures my daily workouts (if any). It was created in July and has been maintained fairly religiously since August 2008. Its purpose is to serve as a record of activity and a reminder to stay active. Theoretically, it will serve as a record of what "works." Questions or comments, just let know. Navigating it for specific workout ideas is best accomplished using the tag cloud.
