Hill Sprints 07/05/08

Hill sprint routine on a hill here in West Lake:

  • Five 10 yard sprints
  • Four 20 yard sprints
  • Three 30 yard sprints
  • Two 40 yard sprints
  • One 50 yard sprint

Walk back to start after each sprint and then sprint again.

Great sprinting workout. One note: best to find a grassy hill as the forward prone position of a sprint makes it more likely you’ll fall forward. Better you fall on grass than pavement.
