Did Ballantyne’s C8B300 workout around lunchtime today. Managed it in 20:25 (new record). I might be wearing this one to death, but it ramps my heartrate, goes by painfully fast, and seems to be having a positive impact on my body composition.
Just did a 5x5 workout:
Thought I would manage one more 5x5 on double kettlebell push press, but the first attempt (the first set) was so pathetically weak that I just stopped – push press isn’t something you should do if you’re unable to keep good form (and I wasn’t).
So this was an experiment at a double workout (two in one day). I feel pretty good though I probably should have done the cardio circuit in the morning upon waking, which would have given my body more time to prepare for the weights at 6:30.
Just so damn hard to workout on waking.
