Snatches and Running 08/04/08

Extremely abbreviated CF warmup. I practiced/attempted some muscle ups, as well.

Workout:

  • 10 53 lb. Kettlebell snatches (5 per arm)
  • 400m run on a treadmill
  • Five rounds for time

Was good though a bit fast. I’ve been consistently sore since the middle of last week, so maybe taking it “easy” (if you can ever call a strenuous workout like this, “easy"), is a good idea.
